摘要
概要阐释聚类分析方法及其技术要点,对用聚类分析进行状态监控和故障诊断作了探索性研究.提出用8种系统聚类法进行状态监控和故障诊断.基于对距离矩阵和聚类谱系图的分析运用,建立了状态监控和故障诊断聚类分析法的基本技术环节和程序.示例表明,将聚类分析方法用于状态监控和故障诊断,具有一定的合理性和实用性.
The cluster analysis (CA) method and its key points are outlined. and the feasibility ofconduction condition monitoring (CM) and fault diagnosis (FD) is explored. Eight CA methods are introduced. Based on the analysis and application of the distance matrix and dendrogram, the basic techniques and practical procedures of CA for conduction CM and FD are presented. Case study shows that the CA method is resonable and practical.
