摘要
当前系统和设备的机内测试、实时监控或诊断子系统给出的诊断指示中虚警所占比例较大,影响使用.依据贝叶斯公式导出诊断指示正确性的概率表达式,对影响正确指示的各种因素进行了分析.为提高诊断指示正确性,要有高的诊断概率,还需同时考虑故障概率和虚警概率的影响.给出分析确定诊断要求的实用曲线.
The false alarm is often occurred in the system and equipment BIT indication. The various factors which affecting the correct indication are analyzed. and based on Bayes formulathe probability expressions of the diagnostic indication correctness are derived. The practicalcurves for determining diagnostic requirement are given. It was concluded that in order to increase dianostic indication correctness, besides high diagnostic probability. the effects of failure probability and false alarm probability should be considered.
