Method for Measuring the Angle between the Optic Axis of a Uniaxial Mineral and the Microscope Axis

笔者在岩组研究过程中,摸索出一种较为简便的干涉图法,此法只需在偏光显微镜下测出一轴晶矿物干涉图黑带的逸出角,查表确定光轴与镜轴之间的夹角即可.本文详细介绍了测试方法.

During petrofabric study the author developed a simple interference figure method which only needsto measure the angle of flight of the black fringe on the interference figure of a uniaxial mineral underthe polarizing microscope, Based upon the data measured and by consulting the relevant table the anglebetween the optic axis and the microscope axis may be determined at once. The measuring and testmethod is described in detail in the present paper.
