Socialist market economy requires a perfect system of macro-adjustments.As a part of the system,Central Bank's financial macro-adjustment plays an important role in the course of establishing market economy.This paper is directed to the research and discus- sion of financial macro-adjustment on such points as choosing and implementing moneta- ry policy,cultivating micro-economic environment required by financial macro-adjust- ment,strengthening the supervision and management over finance.
