摘要
本文提出一种以全息透镜为主要器件、能够消除光学系统象差的全息光学干涉量度法,并对其干涉原理作了理论分析,该方法可广泛应用于光学测试和全息干涉量度。
This article puts forward a holographic interference measurement for cancelling out phase variations. It mainly uses holographic lenses and is able to cancel out phase variation of optical system.It also makes theoretical analysis about interference.This method can be applied to a wide range of optical tests and holographic interference measurements.
