旧城道路交通状况受城市原有布局结构的制约出现很多问题,随着社会的发展,城市交通危机日益明显。为满足现代化开放城市交通快速、安全,便捷的高水平要求,旧城道路交通的治理已成为我国当前城市建设中最重要而迫切的任务。本文分析了我国旧城道路交通普遍存在的主要问题,阐明了旧城道路交通治理应遵循的原则,综述了为治理和改善旧城道路交通状况所采取的对策。

Restricted by the original layout of urban, there are many questions of traffic in the old urban. With the development of society, the traffic crisis of urban is becomming increasingly obvious.In order to satisfy the high level needs of high-speed, safe and convenient traffic in open modernized city, the traffic administer in old urban is become the most important and urgent task in our city construction, This paper has analysised primary questions present in traffic of old urban, expounded administer principle, and summarized the methods adopted to administer and improve state of traffic of old urban.
