木构件强度检测技术与仪器测试可靠度的研究

摘要 北京市房地产科学技术研究所以“拔钉法”作为测试木材强度的手段,研制成功了适用好、轻巧灵活、分辩力适宜的木材强度检测仪。同时,编制了《拔钉法评定木材强度等级技术规程》,并在试点工程中进行了应用,取得了良好的社会效益。本文对木构件强度检测仪(以下简称木检仪)的研制和实际使用方法进行了简单介绍,并对误差和可靠度进行了分析研究,得出了可靠度满足国家有关规范的要求,木检仪可以推广应用的结论。 Pulling-Nail-Out' Method which is applied to testing the strength of timber components in traditional Chinese wood-framed buildings has been prepared by the authors and their associates in Beijing Real Estate Scientific and Technology Institute A testing instrument is developed which has proved to be of high applicability and flexibility with suitable resolving power.This paper also presents the use of the testing instrument for examining strength of timber components in traditional buildings and the analysis of its instrumental error and its reliability.
