摘要
应用应力波理论,建立了冲击凿岩的理论模型,并应用该模型对活塞的受力及失效形式进行了分析,找出了活塞失效的真正原因,提出了活塞选材的判据。
A mathematic model for percussive rock drilling is established by using the theory of stress waves. The model is verified by experiments and used to analyse the stress on the piston and the causes of the piston failure. A criterion of piston material selecting is put forward.
