Microstructure of Spray Formed MA SiCp/Al Composites

摘要 采用机械合金化方法制备SiCp/Al复合材料粉末,以喷涂方式成形,对不同喷涂方式得到的涂层的显微结构进行对比,并着重对爆炸喷涂所获得的独特组织结构—Al2O3非晶相和弥散分布的SiCp,进行了观察和分析。 The SiCp/Al composite powders are prepared by mechinical alloying and formed by spraying.The microstructure of the sprayed layers which were formed by different method is compared.The amorphous Al_2O_3 and dispersive SiCp formed by explosive spring was analysised mainly.
