摘要
提出了一种采用面向对象技术研究CAPP系统体系结构的新方法.应用类的概念,把零件特征、加工特征所用的机床、夹具、切削刀具、切削参数分别定义为不同的对象类.对工艺设计过程进行了高度抽象,使计算机辅助工艺过程设计(CAPP)系统体系结构与具体应用数据实现了分离,因而具有较强的适应性.系统采用面向对象语言C++编程,在SUN4工作站环境下运行.
This paper introduces a new structure of CAPP system by means of object-oriented method. The concept of class is used for the research of CAPP, and the form feature, machine tool, jig, cutting tool, cutting parameter are defined as the different dasses. The procedure of process planning is highly abstracted and the separation is realized between program structure and data. The CAPP system is programmed in objed-oriented language C++ and runs on SUN4 workstation.
