发展高等职业技术教育的思路和实践

Some Thoughts on and Practice of the Development of Higher Vocational and Technical Education

北京联合大学机械工程学院的高等职业技术教育起步于１９９３年，目前已发展到本、专科高职班在校生２６９人。本文通过介绍创办《汽车运用工程专业》、《现代建筑电气工程专业》、《机械电子工程（数控机床运用）专业》的情况，总结学院三年来按照《纲要》、《实施意见》和北京市教育工作会议关于发展高等职业教育的指示精神，主动适应社会需求，解放思想，抓住机遇，克服困难，实行多种形式的联合办学，积极发展高等职业技术教育的思路和办学实践。

Higher vocational and technical education was intreduced into our college in 1993.Atpresent,it has an enrollment of 269 such students including undergraduates and junior undergradu-ates.The paper briefs on the establishment of such programs as“Automobile Application Engineering”,“Modern Architectural and ElectricaI Engineering”,and“Mechanical and Electronic Engineering”,the paper discusses some thoughts and ways of the development of higher vocational education by adapting to social needs,emancipating the mind,grasping opportunities and overcoming difficulties as well as by trying various cooperative forms of school running.It Serts that the college has done all it could in the past three years in accordance with“Outllne”and“Opinions on lmplementation”as well as the instructions on the development of higher vocational education put forward at the Beijing Education Work Conference。 [
