The research on the utilization and development of the comprehensive resources in PE institutes of our country showed that they had their superiority in sports facilities and equipments,people of talent snd their natural enviroment for mass sport and physical fitness activities for all. The comprehensive services combining physical education with physical fitness activeties,rehabilitation with diagnosis and camping with recreation are the key to the development of the superiority of the PE insitutes. The preliminary plan to build a'Healty-recreation Villagenin a PE insitute will provide a model to made full use of its superiority and to draw the masses into the participation in physical fitness activlties.
