表层釉质在脱矿和再矿化过程中的晶体学改变 被引量:3

摘要 X线衍射分析表明,脱矿和再矿化后釉质表层的晶体参数变化主要表现为磷灰石晶胞a和c轴的比率变化,这也见于模拟龋齿状态脱矿和再矿化的牙齿切片与完整牙齿的表层釉质。分析还表明,在病损区表层,一部分晶体是新形成的,表现为a轴增长而c轴变短,一部分晶体是原有的,无变化,前者较后者更加抗酸溶解并包绕后者,使后者免于溶解。 esults from X-ray diffraction showed significant changes of crystallinity parameters in surface enamel of hu- man teeeth after de-and remineralization. The main findings were an increase of ratio of the two axes,a and c. Further analysis suggested that new crystals,with the longer a axis and the shorter c axis,deposited surrounding the original sound crystals and prevented the latter from dissolution,was the main reason for persistence of an enamel surface layer during continuous demineralization.
