摘要
用放射免疫分析方法测定原发性高血压病患者与健康志愿者在平板运动试验前后的血浆神经肽Y(NPY)浓度。结果显示,男性患者运动前显著高于对照组(145±6与128±5pg/ml,p<0.05),运动后无显著改变;女性患者在运动前与对照组无显著差别(124±6与132±7pg/ml),运动后与男、女对照组均升高。
lasma neuropeptide Y (NPY)concentrations before
and after graded running exercise test were measured by
radio-immunoassay in patients with spontaneous hypertension and in
healthy volunteers.The results showed that in male patients,the NPY
concentration before exercise was higher than the control(145±6 vs
128±5pg/ml,p< 0.05).And there was no significant change in NPY
concentration after exercise. But in female patients,the NPY
concerntration before exercise was not significantly different from
the control(124±6 vs 132±7pg/ml)and after exersise it was elevated
significantly as the male and the female control volunteers.
