ESTIMATION OF YOUTH’S BODY COMPOSITION BY BIOELECTRICAL IMPEDANCE ANALYSIS

摘要 利用生物电流阻抗仪测定89名16~25岁青少年的体成分,并以水位移法测得瘦体重作参照标准。在相关回归分析基础上,以标准瘦体重为因变量,以N2/R指数和身高、体重等测定值为自变量,建立估测中国青少年体成分的两个数学模型。回代验证证实了其估测的精确性和有效性。 By the bioelectrical impedance analysis,the body compositions of 89 Chinese youths(46 males and 43females) aged 16 through 25 were determined.Their lean body weight(LBW)and percentage of body fat estimat-ed by densitometry method were used as standards. Based on the correlation and regression analyses,two modelsusing LBW as dependent and H/R,height,weight,arm girth and skinfold thickness as independents were set up。Replacement analyses show good validlty of these two models. However,no significant validity or accuracy can befound by the models which are from the Cucasians and already been widely used all over the world.
