口腔粘膜癌前病变中P^（53）蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原的表达

EXPRESSION OF p53 PROTEIN AND PROLIFERATING CELL NUCLEAR ANTIGEN IN ORAL PREMALGNAT LESIONS

对７８例口腔白斑中Ｐ５３蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）表达的研究表明，正常口腔上皮和单纯性增生的白斑中Ｐ５３阳性细胞数量相似，上皮异常增生时，Ｐ５３阳性细胞明显增多，ＰＣＮＡ阳性细胞分布位置与严３阳性细胞一致；异常增生时，ＰＣＮＡ阳性的基底细胞明显增多。提示Ｐ５３和ＰＣＮＡ的表达状况可能与癌前病变程度及癌变有关。

Expression of p53 protein and PCNA in 78 cases of oral leukoplakia was studied.The average numbLMr of p53 positive cells per millimeter epithelial length was significantly higher in leukoplakia with severe epithelial dysplasia than those without lasia. Basal cell expressing PCNA were much more in dysplastic epithelium than that in non-dysplastic epithelium lasia. The results indicate that the expression of p53 and PCNA may be associated with malig-nant transforrnation of oral leukoplakia.
