摘要
用肾包膜下移植法将经裸鼠传代的人卵巢癌细胞移植于纯系小鼠Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６和ＢＣＦＩ肾包膜下，观察移植后不同时间移植瘤的大体和病理组织学变化。结果显示：移植瘤体积在术后第６～８天最大，淋巴细胞浸润在８～１２天最严重，瘤细胞在移植后１０天内形态仍完整。同时还比较了两种品系小鼠的差异，为肿瘤免疫学研究提供了一个短期实验的模型。
Xenografts of
nude mice bearing human ovarian carcinoma cell line SKOV3 were
transplanted using subrenal capsule assay(SRCA)in immunocompetent
C57BL/6 and BCFI(C57BL/6×BAL/Bc) mice The volumes of tumor were
measured and histologic examination was done respectively on the 4th,
6th,8th,10th,12th and l4th days after operation The growth rate was
noticed to be higher on the 6-8th days in C57BL/6 mice,and on the 6th
day in BCFI mice, There was no significant difference between the two
kind of mice The lymphocyte infiltration was intensive on the 8-10th
days in C57Bl/6 mice, but on the 10- 12th days in BCFI mice. The
tumor cells could be found in both kinds of mice on 4th, 6th and 8th
days,but were much higher on 12th days in BCFI mice than that in
C57BL/6 mice(P<0.05)The above results suggested that as a host of
SRCA,BCFl mice was probaby superi-or to C57BL/6 mice.
