房室旁道的外科手术治疗

SURGICAL TREATMENT FOR ACCESSORY PATHWAY

报道外科手术治疗８例房室旁道患者（男５例、女３例）。合并先心病２例，瓣膜病１例；２例伴心房纤颤，５例有晕厥史。平均服用两种以上抗心律失常药物。２例经射频治疗未成功。８例均在体外循环下行切割术，３例同时行其它心脏手术。术后随访无室上性心动过速发生，全部治愈。

Eight patients with Wolff-Parkinson-White(WPW)syndrome were operated on, 5 male and 3 female.Two cases were with congenital heart diseases and one with valve disease.Two patients had experienced atrial fibrilla-tion and five,faintness.All patients were treated with over two kinds of antiarrhythmic drugs.Two cases were performed radiofrequency ablation procedure but with failure.All of the 8 patients were treated surgically under the extracorporeal circulatlon.Three other cases of cardiac operation were performed without complications.After 2 years of follow-up,all patients showed recovery.This article also discussed the indicutions for surgery and pre-vention of the complications.
