国产米非司酮并用不同剂型前列腺素终止早孕的临床观察

CLINICAL TRIAL OF CHINESE-MADE MIFEPRISTONE COMBINED WITH PROSTAGLANDINS OF DIFEERENT DOSAGE FORMS FOR TERMINATION OF EARLY PREGNANCY

应用国产米非司酮配伍前列腺素终止早孕临床观察１１０例患者，随机分为３组，流产率分别为９６．７％、１００％、９４．３％，３组间统计学处理无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），全组平均流产率为９７．３％，失败率为２．７％，结果表明，米非司酮并用不同剂型的前列腺素终止早孕具有安全、有效、痛苦小、患者易接受等优点。

10 cases of early pregnancy terminated by Chinese-made mifepristone combined with prostaglandins of differ-ent dosage forms were studied :Patients were randomly divided into three groups. The abortion rate of each groupwas 96.7%,100%and 94.3%respectively.There was no statistical different between the three groups(P>0. 05).The mean abortion rate of the 110 cases was 97.3%,and the failure rate 2.7%. The result indicated thatthe Chinese-made mifepristone combined with prostaglandins of different dosage forms for terminating early preg-nancy is safe,effective and well received by the patients.
