摘要
运用自行设计制作的椎基底动脉部分脑缺血动物模型,研究椎基底动脉阻断前后CBF和ABR变化。31只豚鼠在血管阻断后CBF减少至47.41ABL%(基线%),与此同时,ABR随阻断时间延长,Ⅲ波的反应阈提高、潜伏期延长、波幅减低。显示CBF和ABR之间的平行关系,说明ABR可灵敏地反映耳蜗功能。
his report deals with the animal model of VBI that
designed and manufactured by ourselves.The changes ofCBF and ABR
before or after occlusion of vertebro-basilar artery were
investigated by laser Doppler flowmetry andERA 2250.These results
show parallel relationship between CBF and ABR,and illstrate that the
ABR can reflectbrainstem and cochlea function sensitively.
