造血因子对急性髓性白血病细胞动力学的影响

THE EFFECT OF HGFs ON DYNAMICS OF CELL KINETICS OF BONE MARROW CELLS IN PATIENTS WITH AML

观察了ｒｈＧＭ－ＣＳＦ，ｒｈＩＬ－３，ｒｈＩＬ－６和ｒｈＩＬ－９单独或配伍与正常和急性髓性白血病（ＡＭＬ）骨髓共同培养不同时间对细胞ＤＮＡ及增殖周期的影响。结果显示正常和ＡＭＬ骨髓经４种造血因子（ＨＧＦｓ）作用后均有异倍体的检出。其异倍体的发生与Ｓ期细胞的增高有一定相关性。ＨＧＦｓ单独或配伍作用７天时ＡＭＬ骨髓细胞Ｓ％的增高明显大于正常骨髓细胞。

n vitro effects of rhGM-CSF,rhIL-3,rhIL-6 and rhIL-9 on dynamics of cell kinetics and DNA synthesis of the bone marrow cells in patients with AML and normal bone marrow cells were investigated.The results revealed that the aneuploid cells were noted in both AML and normal bone marrow cells after incubated with HGFs.When bone marrow cells were incubated with for 7 days the proportion of cell in S phases in the patients with AML wax significantly higher than that in normal bone marrow cells.
