摘要
观察了rhGM-CSF,rhIL-3,rhIL-6和rhIL-9单独或配伍与正常和急性髓性白血病(AML)骨髓共同培养不同时间对细胞DNA及增殖周期的影响。结果显示正常和AML骨髓经4种造血因子(HGFs)作用后均有异倍体的检出。其异倍体的发生与S期细胞的增高有一定相关性。HGFs单独或配伍作用7天时AML骨髓细胞S%的增高明显大于正常骨髓细胞。
n vitro effects of rhGM-CSF,rhIL-3,rhIL-6 and
rhIL-9 on dynamics of cell kinetics and DNA synthesis of the
bone marrow cells in patients with AML and normal bone marrow cells
were investigated.The results revealed that the aneuploid cells were
noted in both AML and normal bone marrow cells after incubated with
HGFs.When bone marrow cells were incubated with for 7 days the
proportion of cell in S phases in the patients with AML wax
significantly higher than that in normal bone marrow cells.
