细胞外尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸对小鼠细胞毒T细胞的影响

THE EFFECT OF EXTRACELLULAR NAD ON MOUSE’S CYTOTOXIC T LYMPHOCYTE

将小鼠细胞毒Ｔ细胞用含有不同浓度尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸的ＲＰＭＩ１６４０液进行孵育，观察尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸对细胞毒Ｔ细胞的增殖及细胞毒性的影响。结果显示：尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸对细胞毒Ｔ细胞的增殖及细胞毒性均产生明显抑制作用，而且这种抑制作用在去除了尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸后仍持续存在。

he mouse’s CTL were incubated in RPMI 1640 containing different concentration of NAD and followed by proliferation assay and cytotoxicity assay to study the effect of NAD,The results showed that NAD results in evi-dent suppression on CTL’s proliferation and cytotoxicity,and the effect was still remained after NAD had been washed.
