摘要
用９９ｍＴｃ标记卵巢癌单抗，对标记方法、纯化手段、还原后抗体存放时间与标记率关系、标记物免疫活性以及用该标记物对荷瘤裸鼠放免显象进行探讨，提示９９ｍＴｃ标记卵巢癌单抗的可行性。
9mTc is more advantageous than
other radio isotopes because of its short half-life,suitable energy,
and small dosage of radiation absorption for patients.We have
labelled ovarian carcinoma monoclonal antibody with 99mTc,and studied
the labelling method,purifying method,the relation between the
storage time of reduced antibody and the labelling rate,the
immuno-activity of labeled agents,and the immunoimaging of nude mice
bearing human o-varian serous adenocarcinoma.It showed the
feasibility of labelling OC McAb with 99mTc.
