AgNOR在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的意义 被引量:1

摘要 通过一步胶染色法对28例甲状腺良、恶性肿瘤细胞核内AgNOR数量、形态和分布进行观察和对比发现:滤泡癌、腺瘤、乳头状癌和腺瘤中乳头状结构四组AgNORs/核均数分别为6.39±0.44、2.75±0.55、5.94±0.66和2.72±0.23.滤泡癌和腺瘤、乳头状癌和腺瘤中乳头状结构之间,AgNOR数量统计学上有非常显著性差异(P均<0.01).此外,AgNOR的大小、形态和分布,良、恶性肿瘤之间也有所不同。结论:简便的胶银染色法是鉴别甲状腺良、恶性肿瘤的重要辅助手段。 Silver-binding nucleolar organizer regions(AgNORs)were counted,and the distribution and the shape of them were investigated in 28 cases of thyroid tumors. The AgNORs counts were 6.39±0.44 in follicular carcinoma (mean±s),2.75±0.55 in adenoma,5.94±0.66 in papillary carcinoma and 2.72±0.32 in papillary sturcture of adenoma. Between follicular carcinoma and adenoma, papillary carcinoma and papillary structure of adenoma,the AgNORs counts were significant different(P <0.01),the distribution and the shape of AgNORs were also different.These results suggested that AgNORs counts,distribution and shape might be used as useful objetive parameters for differentiating benign tumors from carcinoma of thyroid.
