摘要
用多重多聚酶链反应(polymerasechainreactionPCR)和生物素标记探针的原位杂文方法对36例石蜡包埋的成人咽、喉部乳头状瘤、上皮不典型增生和鳞状细胞癌的组织标本进行了检测。结果共检出6例HPVDNA阳性病例,全部为HPV6/11,其中仅1例伴HPV16型感染。6例阳性病例包括喉乳头状瘤3例,咽乳头状瘤、喉粘膜上皮高度不典型增生及喉鳞癌各1例。原位杂交显示了HPVDNA在肿瘤组织、细胞中的分布。
cases of paraffin-embedded tissues of pharynlaryngeal papillomas, epithelial atypical hyperplasia and squamous cell carcinoma were studied for the presence of human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA by multiple polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and in, situ hybridizition with biotin-labelled probes. Six cases were positive for HPV DNA(16.7%), all were positive for HPV 6/11, except for one case was positive for both HPV 6/11 and 16. Six cases positive for HPV DNA included 3 cases of laryngeal papillomas, one case of pharyngeal papilloma, one case of laryngeal epithelial atypical hyperplasia and one case of laryngeal carcinoma. A specific distribution of HPV DNA in the tumors was revealed by in situ hybridizition.
