关于延长硝普纳使用时间的临床研究

A study on prolongation of administrating time of sodium nitroprusside solution

选择３组心内直视手术的病人，分别静滴配制４小时以内（对照组，ｎ＝９）、１２～１４小时（ｎ＝９）、２２～２４小时（ｎ＝９）硝普纳溶液，测量各组血液中硫氰酸盐、氰化物含量并记录硝普钠用量，同时对配制后２４小时硝普纳溶液的降解度和氰化物含量进行测定。结果表明：按常规配制、使用硝普钠溶液２４小时以内是稳定的，临床上延长硝普钠溶液使用时限至２４小时是可行的。

Sodium nitroprusside (SNP) solution was given intravenously in three ways for the patients in 3 different groups undertaking open heart surgery. The solution was given within 4 hours, 12 to 14 hours, and 22 to 24 hours after its preparation for each group of patients respectively. The blood content of cyanide (CN) and sulfocyanate (SCN) were measured and the amount of the SNP used were recorded. The content of CN in SNP solution and the degradation of SNP were also measured 24 hours after its preparation, The result indicated that the SNP solution is stable within 24 hours after its preparation. Therefore, it is safe to use the SNP solution until 24 hours after its preparation in clinic.
