小儿闭合性肾损伤的诊治

Diagnosis and treatment of blunt kidney trauma in children

报告小儿闭合住肾损伤３２例，重型３例，合并其它损伤７例。原有肾母细胞瘤、先天性肾积水、肾重复畸形各１例。手术７例，其中肾切除４例，引流２例，脾切除１例。６例治愈，１例肾母细胞瘤于半年后死亡。手术指征：①肾持续性出血；②尿外渗；③合并其它脏器严重损伤；④肾血管损伤。

cases of blunt kidney trauma are reported. There cases were of severe degree.7cases were complicated with other injuries.A pre-existing renal anomaly was found each of three cases, nephroblastoma , congenital hydronephrosis and double kidney , respectively. Operetions were undertaken in 7 cases, among them,nephrectomy in 4 caes, renal drainage in 2, splenenctomy in 1.6cases were cured. The one with nephroblastoma died 6 months after operatiOn. The indications of operatiOn are:①persistent hematuria.②urinary extravazation.③associated with severe injuries.④renal pedical tearing.
