摘要
采用新的共价结合方法,将几种青霉素基本结构的β内酰胺和噻唑烷环分别结合至氨基臂纸片。以RAST测定53例有育霉素过敏史者血清中特异性IgE浓度,并与国际通用商品PhadebasRAST系统相比较;结果显示:新系统阳性率由PhadebasRAST系统的37.7%上升至54.7%。新系统不仅提高了体外诊断能力,而且提供了选择使用安全的β内酰胺类杭茵药物的可靠依据。
A new covalent coupling method was used to make the β-lactan and thiazolidine ring of various penicillin-based structures attach to amino-spacer discs repectively.The allergen discs with above species were used in the radioallergosorbent test(RAST)to measure the concentrations of specific IgE in the sera of 53 subjects having a history of penicillin allergy and compared with the commercial Phadebas RAST system for evaluation.The results showed that the use of several penicillinbased structures in a new system increased the positive rate to 54.7%from 37.7%utilizing Phadebas RAST. Thus,the new test improves the capabilities for detecting allergy to penicillin in vitro and offera good possibility of selecting a safe β-lactan antibiotic for penicillin-allergic individuals.
