摘要
选择新生儿窒息者41例,与正常新生儿比较,ALT、AST、BUN、α-HBDH、CPK、LDH及CREA均值均有显著性差异。按窒息时间长短分成三组。对照组与窒息时间小于5分组相比较,AST、α-HBDH、CPK、LDH及CREA两组均数间有显著性差异;对照组与窒息时间5~10分组相比较,AST、BUN、α-HBDH、CPK、LDH及CREA两组均数间有显著性差异;窒息时间小于5分组与5~10分组相比较,只有LDH两组均数间有显著性差异;窒息时间5~10分组与大于10分组相比较,ALT、AST及CREA两组均数间有显著性差异;对照组、窒息时间小于5分组分别与窒息时间大于10分组相比较,上述生化指标均数间均有显著性差异。
A number of blood biochemical contents of 41 neonatal asphyxia were studied in patients.Comparison with those of normal newborn infants. The results revealed that the mean values of ALT, AST, BUN,α-HBDH, CPK, LDH and CREA of these 2 types of infants are significantly different. The patients were divided into three groups according to the time of asphyxia and the normal newborn as control. The mean values of AST,α-HBDH, CPK, LDH and CREA showed significant differences between control group and the patient of asphyxia below 5 minutes. The mean values of AST, BUN,α-HBDH, CPK, LDH and CREA had significant difference between controls and the patient s with time of asphyxia 5 to 10 minutes, too. Only the mean value of LDH had showed significant difference between the infants of asphyxia below 5 minutes and those from 5 to 10 minutes. The mean value of ALT, AST, and CREA had significant differences between the infants of asphyxia for 5 to 10 minutes and those above 10 minutes, The mean values of all above-mentioned biochemical indices had revealed significant differences among the 3 groups.
