摘要
报告一组接受鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊鼻腔造孔术的经皮手术后复发性泪囊炎１０例（１３眼）的治疗结果，随访３～１８个月，治愈率为１００％，未出现手术并发症。结果表明运用鼻内窥镜手术技术治疗复发性泪囊炎，损伤小，简捷，疗效满意。探讨了复发性泪囊炎的特点及经鼻在鼻内窥镜下再手术的优势。
The follow-up results of 3￣18 months for l0 cases (13 eyes) with recurrent dacryocystitis who had undergone transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy under the control of nasal endoscope gave a complete cure without any complications. Compared with the external technique, the results demonstrated that the endoscopic approach for the treatment of recurrent dacryocystitis had many advantages:least trauma, simple operation and satisfactory result. The characteristics of recurrent reasons of dacryocystitis were also discussed.
