摘要
提出一种建立于等效容量概念之上的带宽分配,将流量模型和静态信元速率分布两种方法相结合进行估算,对于单个接续的等效容量和多个接续的等效容量的复合影响均获得比较准确的近似结果。针对在有效带宽分配基础上的呼叫允许控制问题,通过借鉴一些多速率电路交换ISDN网中的方法得出非线性估算法计算有效带宽,其结果比较可靠,由于部分结果可在脱机状态下计算出来,因此联机运算量很小.最后给出了网络中流量控制和路由选择的概念性步骤方案。
Bandwidth allocation based on the concept of equivalent capacity is proposed first. The equivalent capacity is computed from the combination of two different approaches,the first one is based on a fluid-flow model and the second on an approxination of stationary bit rate dis- tribution. the reasonable approximate values are provided not only for the equivalent capacity of individual connections but also for the epuivalent capacity of statistical multiplexing. For the admission control based on effective bandwidth allocation, by adapting some methods available for multi-rate circuit switched ISDN,the nonlinear is used and the result is feasible and effec-tive. Because some result can be evaluated off line,the on line computations are small.Finally a framework for flow control and routing in ATM networks is proposed.
