平底推杆凸轮机构失真现象的数值判别和防止

摘要 一般认为当平底从动件凸轮廓线曲率半径大于零时.凸轮廓线不会失真.本文指出在凸轮廓线曲率半径全部大于零时,仍可发生失真,还指出了一些影响失真的主要因素,并提出了避免失真的一个准则,在优化方法中加入这一准则作为约束条件,可以有效地避免失真,这种方法对于工程设计很有参考价值. It is considered that when the curvature radius of a profile of disk cam with flat-faced follower remain positive,the cam profile will have no distortion. However,this paper shows that the distortion may occure even when all the curvature radii are positive. The main factors witch affect the distortion are pointed out and a criterion which can avoid this distortion is presented.In the optimization method by adding this criterion as a constraint condition one can obtain the cam profile without any distortion.This method is helpful in engineering design.
