加味当归补血汤对^（60）Co照射小鼠的免疫调节作用

Immunoregulation Effect of Jiawei Chinese Angelica Blood-Tonifying Decoction on Mouse Irridiated by￣(60)Co

研究了加味当归补血汤对辐射小鼠的免疫调节作用，结果表明：加味当归补血汤对６０Ｃｏ一次性全身照射小鼠的免疫功能有不同程度的保护或促进恢复作用。该方药能明显提高辐射小鼠脾脏抗体形成细胞释放溶血素量、血清溶血素效价、血清溶菌酶含量及ＡＮＡＥ阳性淋巴细胞比率，但对脚垫迟发超敏反应的作用不明显。

The immunoregulation effect of Jiawei Chinese Angelica Blood-Tonifying Decoction was studied. The results shown that the decoction had protection or promoting recovery effect in different degree on the immunological functions of mouse irridiated by Co on the whole body for one time. This decoction could obviously increase the hemolysin quantity released by splenic antibody forming cell of the irridiated mouse, the titer of serum hemolysin, the quantity of serum lysozyme and the proportion of ANAE positive lymphocyte. But its effect on the DTH of mouse’s footpad was not obvious.
