摘要
金的湿法分离富集常用的共沉淀法、吸附法、离子交换法等,操作均较繁琐。反相萃取柱色层法具有简单、快速,且分离效率高,使用有机溶剂少等优点。本文设计了金(Ⅲ)的反相萃取柱色层分离法:以701(聚四氟乙烯)为支持体,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)-乙醚为固定相,以王水稀释至20%为柱平衡液。金(Ⅲ)能被定量萃取。以10%HCl作杂质淋洗液,1%Na2SO3溶液作金的解脱液,可使Au3+与Ag+、Hg2+、W(Ⅵ)Cu2+、Mo(Ⅵ)、V(v)、Zn2+、Fe3+、In3+、Ga3+、Pb2+、Ag(v)、Cd2+、Mn2+、Sb5+、Pt2+、Pd2+等离子定量分离,金的回收率可达100%(SDBS-TMK光度法测定)。该法不仅分离效率高,选择性好,而且简便、快速、准确。
PTFE is used as supporter in the separation. Au (III) is collected on the fixed phase of TBP-ether equilibrated with 20% aqua regia. The impurities (Ag+, Hg2+,Cd2+,etc.) are removed with 10%HCl.Au (III) is released with 1%Na2SO3 and determined by SDBS-TMK micellar solubilized spectrophotometry. The method is applicable to ores containing Au in excess of 1 g/t. It is simple and selective. A higher separation efficiency and a complete recovery can be obtained.
