摘要 本文试验了阿拉伯胶存在下锗与槲皮素在强盐酸介质中的络合反应。显色反应适宜酸度(1.35—3.75NHCl)范围宽,λmax=468mm,ε=1.03×106~1.mol^(-1)cm^(-1)。锗含量在0—5μg/10ml范围内服从比尔定律。所拟定测锗方法有好的选择性和高的灵敏度。 A spectrophotometric procedure for the determination of microamounts of Ge with quercetin in the prescence of Gum Arabic has been developed. The maximum absorption is at 468 nm and the molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.03×1051·mol-1·cm-1 in a 2. 25mol/L HC1 medium. Beer'slaw is obeyed in the range 0-5μg Ge(IV)/10ml. The composition of the complex is found to be Ge (IV): quercetin = 1:3. The effect of coexisting ions has been examined. The method is simple, rapid and highly selective, and has been successfully applied to the analysis of geological samples,
