摘要
对毫米波段电介质测试系统进行了理论分析及实验研究。解决了ε_r多值解及利用点频源测量开腔Q值的技术难点,提出了综合运用测试数据和图形,计算开腔Q值的独特方法。利用国产设备实现了基于此方法的测试系统,对毫米波段一般介质及高介电常数、低损耗角的介质作了测试,得出了满意的结果。
The testing system on millimetric wave dielectric is analyzed theoret ically andinvestigated exprimentally,Technically solved the problem of getting the multiple solutions of ε_rand the problem of measuring Q using the point frequency source and open cavity.In this way thedistinctive method for measuring and calculating the open-cavity Q is provided,which is anintegration of data and graphics, and at the same time the testing system based on this methedhas been realized using the china-make equipments. We can not only test the parameters(relativepermittity,tangent of the loss angel)of normal millimeter-wave-band dielectric,but also test theparameters of low loss and high permittivity millimeter-wave-band dielectric. The tested result issatisfactory.
