<正> 本文就OP存在下金与硫代米蚩酮(TMK)的显色反应进行了试验。试验表明,在pH为2.0~4.0的醋酸—醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,最大吸收波长为550nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.2×10~5,金量在0~50微克/25毫升范围内符合比尔定律。络合物的灵敏度、稳定性、选择性等均优于选用其它表面活性剂。且测量范围宽,采用活性炭分离富集,EDTA-NaF掩蔽可实现矿石中0.0x-xx克/吨金的测定。
A colour reaction of gold with Thio-Michler' s ketone in the presence of no-nionic surfactant OP has been investigated. Optimum acidity of colour reaction is in the range pH 2.0-4.0. The apparent molar absorption coefficient is found to be 1.2×105L·mol-1·cm-1 at 550 nm. Beer's law is obeyed for 0-50 μg Au/25ml. Interfering ions are separated with an active carbon column. The absorbance is stable for 5 hours. The method has been applied to the determination of gold at 0.0x-xx g/t level in ores.
