摘要
本文继续研究了用XRFA法测定辉钼矿中钼、硫、铁、钛、硅等元素的分析方法。通过用粉末压片法,薄样法与基本参数法相结合,克服了样品粒度和基体效应,有效地控制了硫化物变异性的影响。与已研究的XRFA测定铼的方法相配合,形成辉铜矿中主、次与痕量元素的测定方法。该方法分析结果与化学分析,火花源质谱分析的结果相符。
Pressed-powder pellet and thin sample are used to make measurements and the values of Mo,S and minor elements are calculated from calibration curves or by fundamental parameters methods. The results obtained are comparable to those given by chemical analysis and spark source mass spectrometric analysis.
