在0.2mol/L的H_2SO_4介质中,cu(Ⅱ)与苦胺PT显色剂生成1:1络合物。λImax=550nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.10×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),乙醇的存在对显色体系有明显的增敏作用。线性范围在0-45μgCu/25ml。除较大量的Fe(Ⅲ)、Ti(Ⅳ)、V(V)、Nb(V)、Zr(Ⅳ)和Ga(Ⅲ)外,其它共存元素不干扰本法测定。方法可用于矿石中0.01-xx%的Cu的测定,结果稳定可靠。
Cu (II) forms a 1:1 complex with picramine RG in 0.2mol/L H2SO4, which is soluble in water. The sensitivity is sensibly increased in the presence of ethanol. The apparent molar absorption coefficient is 2.1 ×104L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed for 0-45μg/25ml of copper. The interference of Fe3+,Ti(Ⅳ), V(Ⅴ), Nb (Ⅴ),Zr(Ⅳ)and Ga3+ etc. has been studied. The procedure can be applied to the determination of 0.01-xx% copper in rocks.
