野生石蒜与其组织培养品的化学成分对比研究

Comparative Study on the Chemical Constituents of Wild Lycoris Radiata and Its Cultivated Tissues

对红花石蒜的组织培养品与野生品进行了初步的化学成分对比。实验结果表明：两者所含化学成分基本一致，组织培养品中石蒜碱含量高于野生品。有关组织培养方法及培养品与野生品的抗癌药效及体外毒性实验结果，另见报道。

The results of the experiment show that the chemical constituents of wild Lycoris radiata and its cultivated tissues are basically same.The content of lycorine in the cultivated tissues is higher than that in wild Lycoris radiata.The method for cultivating Lycoris radlata tissues,the anticancer effect and toxicity in vitro of Lycoris radiata will be reported later.
