中药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床及实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Research on Ulcerative Colitis Treated with Chinese Drugs

通过运用董氏理肠饮、益肠饮等系列中药对溃疡性结肠炎进行４７例的临床对照研究，取得临床治愈率６７．６％，总有效率９７．３％的疗效，提出分期治疗该病的思想；同时还对脾虚、血瘀、免疫及粘膜损伤因子等相关指标进行了检测，均显示有意义的治疗前后变化；最后提出防止病后复发和癌前监测是今后深入研究的方向。

cases with ulcerative colitis were treated with Chinese drugs-Dong Shi Li Chang decoction, Yi Chang decoction, the cure rate and total effective rate were 67.6% and 97.3% respectively. It was suggested that this kind of disease be treated according to its different phases. Furthermore, some relative aspects such as spleen deficiency, blood stasis, immune and mucosa-injury factors, etc, were tested, all results showed meaningful changes before and after treatment. Finally, it was proposed that recurrence prevention and pre-cancer monitoring might be a research trend in the future.
