天然水中有机污染物的富集与测定

Determination of Organic Pollutants in Natural Water

天然水中的有机化合物主要由污染造成。其含量很低,一般难于准确测定。本文提出用XAD树脂吸附达到高倍浓缩并用适当的淋洗液解吸后,利用气相色谱仪的高效分离能力,配合使用选择性的色谱检测器,以解决多种有机污染物的测试问题。

The organic compounds are adsorbed on Amberlite XAD resin which provides a large concentration factor. The technique is applied in combination with the high separation efficiency of gas chromatography equipped with specific detectors. Most detection problems involved in natural water analysis can be solved by this method.
