摘要
本文研究了卡尔曼滤波-灵敏显色反应分光光度法,并用于多组份分析。以水杨基荧光酮/溴化十六烷基三甲铵(SAF/CTMAB)增敏显色体系为例,研究了钼、钨、锗、锡等相互干扰元素的同时测定.方法具有灵敏度高,选择性好、简便快速等特点,值得推广。
As an efficient method of multicomponent spectrophotometry, the Kalman filter method was discussed about the underlying principles. A procedurd was proposed and used for the simultaneous determination of Mo, W, Sn and Ge with SAF/CTMAB micellar sensitized color system. The recovery was from 93.5-108.3%, in the presence of Ti. Some of the problems, such as the effect of the initial values and measurement noise,and the innovation sequence and information gain characteristics, were discussed.
