研制了一种新型的不锈钢表面黑色氧化皮的常温清洗液,它与传统清洗液相比,具有低毒快速性、对人体皮肤无刺激、成本低、去除氧化皮后的基体表面较为光洁并具有酸洗-钝化一步法处理功效。本文还对去除氧化皮后的不锈钢在该清洗液中的腐蚀性作了评定,并将该清洗工艺在本厂的应用作了概述。

the normal temperature cleaning liquid is studied and produced to clean the black oxide skin on the surface of the stainless steel. Comparing to the cleaning liquid used in traditional process, it has such characteristics as low poison content, fact, no harm to the human skin and low cost. The surface of the metal, after removing the oxide , is very clean and smooth. With this cleaning liqnid ,the pickling and passivatiofl could be done in one step. In this artical.the judgment is passed on the corrosion of the stainless steel,after removing the oxide,in this cleaningliq- uid,and the description is made for the application the this cleaning process used in our factory. There's evident e- conomic and social efficienry in the application of this cleaning liqud in the real production.
