血清总IgE测定在变应性鼻炎患者临床诊断上的应用

THE USE OF TOTAL SERUM IgE DETERMINATION ON CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS OF ALLERGIC RHINITIS PATIENTS

应用Ｂｐ－ＥＬＩＳＡ和ＩｇＥ－ＩＲＭＡ方法分别测定３９例互隔交链孢霉变应性鼻炎患者和３３例碱蓬花粉变应性鼻炎患者血清总ＩｇＥ。结果表明，患者组明显高于各自的对照组，差异有统计学意义。对血清总ＩｇＥ的临床诊断价值进行了讨论。

The authors measured total serum IgE in 39 patients with Alternaria alternata allergic rhinitis and 33 patients with suaeda heteroptera allergic rhinitis by BPELISA and IgE-IRMA methods. The results showed that the level of total serum IgE of patients was obviously higher than that of healthy people.and their difference had statistical significance. The clinical diagnostic value of total serum IgE is discussed.
