体外培养人眼小梁细胞吞噬乳胶微粒观察

摘要 应用体外培养的人小梁细胞,观察其吞噬乳胶微粒的能力。结果显示吞噬过程开始4小时内,吞噬功能随时间延长而增强;但吞噬过久细胞则出现变性或死亡;电镜示吞噬微粒后的细胞呈“激惹”状态。结合小梁细胞功能,对吞噬过程的重要性进行了讨论。 The ability of cultured human trabecular meshwork cells to phagocytose latex beads was studied- Results revealed that the initial phagocytosis began at 4 hours after the exposure of latex to cells,the phagocytic activity was time-depedent mode,and also that cells were further degenerated or death after 48 hours. Electron microscopic observation of these cells adopted an 'activated' form. The importance of these findings in terms of the behavior of meshwork cells in vivo is discussed.
