摘要
本文报告49例DAI,分析了其主要原因、发生机理、临床特点、CT表现及合并症,讨论了CT检查在DAI诊断中的价值及DAI与重型脑挫裂伤的鉴别。
Forty-nine cases of DAI are reported. The main causes , pathogenesis, clinical features ,CT manifestions and complications are analysed. The value of CT scan in the diagnosis of DAI, the differentiation of DAI and serious cerebral contusion-laceration are discussed.
