摘要
对紫铜材料的拉氏实验结果采用改进的路径线法进行拉氏分析,得到了各物理量的流场分布,拟合出了本构方程参数,并由此进行了数值模拟。通过与实验的比较,说明了该路径线法的准确性,并检验了由位错动力学出发所推得的本构关系,发现理论与实验一致性很好。
The dynamic behaviour of copper was investgated making use of an ex-perimental Lagrangian analysis technique,in which multiple manganin gauges were used to measure the stress-time history at different Lagrangian positions in the stress wave field,and a modified pathline method was used to analyse and solve the dynamic and physical parameters of the flow field.In addition,a reasonable dynamic constitu-tive model was developed based on the dynamic theory of dislocation,and its param-eters were also detemined with the above Lagrangian analysis data by means of the opti-mum fitting technique.Numerical simulation of one-dimensional strain wave propaga-tion shows that such a constitutive relationship can reproduce satisfactorily the ex-perimental stress wave profiles.
