摘要
应用ADINA自动动态增量非线性分析有限元程序,计算分析了125mm尾翼稳定杆式穿甲弹在挤进过程中弹带及弹托材料的动态弹塑性应力场,确定了弹丸上弹带区的径向应力、轴向应力、环向应力、第四强度等效应力场分布规律、运动、变形和所存在的高应力区域及危险区域,并就运动参量与实验结果作了比较。为125mm杆式弹弹带、弹托及弹芯的优化设计提供了依据。
The stresses distributions in a certain kind of 125mm pro-propel armour-piercing during launch period were found and analyzed using ADINA(a non-linear dynamic FEM code). The components of stresses(σ_r,σ_z,σ_o),effective stresses(the 4th strength theory)in the band and sabot,deformations, the zones with greater stresses and yieldability were caculated and discussed,finaly,the velocity,acceleration,displacements of the projectile were compared with practical results.
