奥氏体不锈钢拉廷成形件的铁磁性

摘要 用磁笔检测SUS321钢板拉延成形的零件时,发现磁笔对零件的不同部位的吸力大小有明显的差别,且很有规律。沿零件的纵向,从下向上逐点检测,则吸力是从无到有,从小到大;在零件的同一高度上检测沿圆。周均布的16个测点,则是在拉延方向与原材料纤维方向平行(0°)处的吸力最小,呈45°~67.5°夹角处的吸力最大。吸力的大小与其材料的变形量及诱发的马氏体量有关。 When inspecting the drawing parts made of SUS321 steel plate using the magnetic pen, it is found that the attraction of the magnetic pen to the different section of the part is quite different and regular. When inspecting point by point from the bottom to the top along the longitudinal direction of the part, the attraction is from litte to a little and also from small to big.At the same heigh t on the part, by distributing 16 inspection pointsa long circumference, the atwactionis found the smallest where the direction of the drawing andthe fibre of the raw material is in parallel(0°),and it is thebiggest at included ang'e of 45°~67.5°.The amount of the attraction relates to deformation of the material and the martensite amount induced
